pleasant lodge experience

clean lodge excellent job christmas tree
the tribeca lodge was clean throughout. hayden did an excellent job. the christmas tree added a festive atmosphere. christmas dinner preparation was easy due to ample cookware.

Solid family stay.

responsive team lovely places
I appreciate that the team quickly addressed a shower door issue . The team also has some nice spots for meals. I found lovely places to eat on-site.
The lodge is near the next lodge, approximately 5 meters at the closest point. This meant we could see into each other's bedrooms. We could look into the lounge and toilet. Absolutely no privacy existed unless we closed the curtains.

clean pool comfortable bed
The site offered several good facilities for kids. The pool was clean and well-kept. I appreciated the guest wifi, it worked well across the whole site. The beds were comfortable, a good feature of our lodge.
The restaurant was expensive. This was a slight inconvenience.

friendly staff quiet location deer spotting
The site was very clean. The staff were friendly. I walked just off-site to the river area and saw some deer. The location was quiet, exactly as I requested.

The lodge was a great size. It was also very clean. I liked the doggy welcome pack. It was a thoughtful addition for my spaniel.
Groceries at the on-site shop seemed a bit overpriced.

broken shower screen dirty hot tub
The Zen 10 lodge had everything one could need.
I was frustrated that there were no towels upon arrival, not even a bath mat, despite paying extra for my daughter to have towels in her accommodation. Reception said there was a problem with their supplier. The shower screen in the Zen was broken and hit my partner on the head, this needed fixing. the hot tub was a bit dirty.
